Insurance claims
We can help you claim for treatments that your pet might have had with us recently, from your insurance company.
All insurance companies have different ways of making a claim. This can usually be done in paper form, online forms, email links and others.
Normally you as our client would pay for your pets treatment. Then claim the cost back, from your insurance company.
In some instances we might agree to make a direct claim for you, so you would pay your excess amount to us, then we would claim from your insurance company to pay the practice instead.
We do charge an administration fee for processing insurance claims, and this is chargeable as follows.
The below charge only applies ONCE per condition claimed.
Any continuation claims for a condition already claimed, will not incur a further charge.
Administration fee:
Indirect Insurance Claim Fee (pay to policyholder) £10.00
Direct Insurance Claim Fee (pay practice) £25.00
